Terms and conditions

Vaastu World is operated by Healers World. These terms and the refund policy below apply to every Vaastu World purchase: the one-time Home Report and the tools and certificate it unlocks. Last updated 1 October 2026.

What you are buying

The Home Report is a one-time purchase per home. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

You must be able to form a binding contract under Indian law to make a purchase.

Guidance, not certainty

Vastu readings are interpretive guidance for reflection. They are not a substitute for structural, engineering, legal, medical or financial advice. We stand behind the accuracy of the computation and the citation of sources, not the outcome of events.

Invoices

Paid orders appear in your account as receipts. A GST tax invoice is available to download for an eligible order when the required seller and order details are complete. Invoice email is not automatic; contact support if you need help with a document.

Acceptable use

Tools and reports are for your own home and may not be resold or used to mislead others.

Refunds and cancellations

Digital reports and tool unlocks are non-refundable once successfully delivered. Payment may complete before a report is ready. If report generation or download fails, your paid purchase remains available for a delivery retry; contact support for help or a refund review.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days, with a credit note where GST applies.

Privacy: read the privacy notice. For product support, contact Vaastu World.
